A Sample of Where We’ve Been: Our IFT Roadshow Roundup

We love to share our flavors, and look forward to attending shows where we can show-off the authentic taste of dairy. One of our annual highlights is the upcoming IFT show, our main industry trade show. With more than 20,000 attendees, we not only get to educate lots of people on the importance and versatility of dairy flavors, but we also see many familiar faces. The IFT show is just one of the many places we rub elbows and educate people in the industry. May was a month that was particularly busy as we shared a new favorite, our 7-Layer Cracker (no dip needed!) and other new ideas, coast-to-coast including:

  • NYIFT (New York IFT) Suppliers Night. We demonstrated how dairy flavors can be used to create a dairy-free version of a classic dairy starter: our Vegan Kale & Artichoke Dip.
  • At GLSIFT (Great Lakes Section IFT) Suppliers Night. We educated Midwest food product developers on how to create rich, indulgent applications using dairy flavors and highlighted a Pimiento Cheese Snack and Gouda Pancake Bite.
  • NorCal IFT (Northern California) Suppliers Night. We shared a 7-Layer Cracker that illustrated how flavors can be layered to replicate a Gold Standard recipe. No spread is needed for these savory snacks thanks to a sophisticated mix of cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, onion and spices.
