And a recent Innova Consumer Survey indicated that the top four reasons for considering plant-based alternatives were health, diet variety, sustainability and taste. That means that when creating plant-based beverages it is more important than ever to make sure its not just healthy with a clean label but it also tastes good.

We’ve developed three Plant-Based Beverage dry mixes. They demonstrate how Edlong natural flavors play a critical role in neutralizing the native off notes common to plant proteins, like bitterness and earthiness. Each mix is made with a combination of pea and rice protein that provide a complete amino acid profile, with a PDCAAS score of 1.0.
