For the ninth year in a row, Edlong has been named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Illinois by the Dailly Herald Suburban Business Publication.
By recognizing the best places of employment in Illinois, the award aims to honor the companies that positively impact the development of the state’s workforce and economy.
Year after year, Edlong has continued to climb in these rankings. Up six spots from last year, Edlong landed at 11th in the Small Business category. Still, even more impressive, the company placed 2nd in 2024’s “Best Places to Work for Women in IL.”

Determining the rankings for the Best Places to Work in Illinois involves a two-part assessment process. Nominated companies are first evaluated on their policies, practices, and demographics. This is followed by an employee survey designed to gauge the overall workplace experience at the company.
Final rankings are decided by a workforce Research Group that analyzes and manages the results of the entire process.
